Welcome to londonglasscentre.net, the online store of London Glass Centre Ltd. We provide high-quality glass products and services to our customers. By using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern London Glass Centre Ltd relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

AGREEMENT

1. Any orders placed with the Company are deemed to create a binding agreement between the Company and the customer incorporating these Terms & Conditions whether specifically accepted or otherwise.

PAYMENT

 2. All orders must be paid for in full before any work can be undertaken. We accept various forms of payment, including debit and credit card and bank transfer. Prices are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATIONS

3. Once an order has been placed, it is processed for manufacturing imminently and no cancellations or amendments can be made for custom made items. It is therefore the customer's responsibility to check all specifications of their order before it is placed.

INSPECTION & LIABILITY

4. Once the glass has been delivered, it is the customer's responsibility to inspect it before signing off on it. Once signed off, the Company shall not be liable for refunds or replacements.
5. All glass remains the property of the Company until paid for in full.

DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCES

6. The Company works in accordance with industry standards. No claim for any product reported to be outside of the agreed dimensional tolerances can be accepted (+/-3mm).

WARRANTIES

7. Warranties are only extended for double-glazed units, roof lights, toughened laminated glass, and switchable glass that are installed within our installation guidelines, which can be provided upon request.

QUOTATIONS

8. Quotations need to be accepted in writing within 14 business days from receipt to be valid. Quotations are valid for delivery and installation within the standard lead time. Any deviation from it shall be included in the request upfront and may be subject to additional charges.

DELIVERY & FORCE MAJEURE

9. Delivery dates are provided in good faith but are estimates only. The Company will not accept any liability or blame for any delay in delivery, whether in whole or in part, caused by any reason beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to fire, explosion, strikes, lock-outs, accidents, industrial disturbance, the total or partial stoppage in its works, inability to obtain materials from its suppliers, or delays in transport. The foregoing is without prejudice to any other cause beyond the Company's control.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES

10. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you that is not a reasonably foreseeable consequence of a breach by us of these Terms & Conditions or our legal duty of care. Our liability to you shall not in any circumstances include any business losses that you may incur, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

GOVERNING LAW

11. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and both the Company and the customer agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
