How can my order be delivered?

All orders can be delivered to your preferred location within the M25 radius for a shipping fee depending on the size and weight of your glass. We deliver from Monday to Friday 9am to 7pm and Saturday from 9am to 3pm. All items will be delivered to your entrance upon an appointment.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery can take up to 7 days depending on the complexity of your order and your time availability. Please let us know in advance if you need your order at a certain date and time and we can try to accomodate that for you.

I can’t find what I am looking for in the price calculator. Can I still order it with you?

Some of our offerings are too individual to fit them into the standardised calculator. You can contact us with your request and we will try to accomodate for your request.

Do you provide fittings?

Yes, we do. You can contact us to schedule an appointment and we will be happy to fit your glass for you.

What is your return policy?

We would advise you to check your order carefully when it is placed, as every item is customised, we will not be able to replace it once it has been processed. You will, however, be able to have your order replaced if you receive a wrong item or if there is any damage to it. In this case you can contact us and we will replace your order as soon as possible. Please check your item carefully when you pick it up or when it is delivered as we will not be able to replace your item after it has been signed for.

All of our orders are safely processed by worldpay. We accept Visa Credit/ Debit, MasterCard Credit/Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro and JCB.
